I bring over a decade of product experience, including long-term embedded roles with BAFTA and FOCAL International. Before founding Product Scope, I worked in UK media and began freelancing remotely in 2019, leading platform rebuilds, award systems, and CRM integrations across Latin America and Southern Europe..

Product Scope is remote first, collaborative, and built to stay lean. I stay close to the work, managing everything from Jira tickets and documentation to stakeholder alignment and feature delivery.

Real-World Scope

Scope is shaped around real constraints including team capacity, budgets, and existing systems. Work is modular, prioritised, and grounded in how the organisation operates in practice.

Tools That Stick

Solutions are built around workflows that reflect how teams work in practice. They are designed to be maintainable, focused, and suited to their delivery environment.

Embedded Delivery

I work alongside teams throughout delivery. This includes managing tickets, refining scope, reviewing interfaces, and supporting decision making from start to finish.

Transparent Focus

Each feature is traceable to a specific need. Trade offs are made visible early, and delivery stays aligned to outcomes rather than assumptions.

VisaScope AI – Intelligent Visa Application Assistant: An experimental AI-powered tool that automates visa application guidance through visual document analysis and natural language processing. Built using Make.com workflows, Stripe integration, and Zoho CRM, with LandBot handling conversational interfaces and Carrd providing the front-end experience. The prototype demonstrates how modern automation tools can transform complex bureaucratic processes into streamlined user experiences, reducing application errors and processing time while maintaining accuracy across multiple visa types

Bespoke Awards Voting Site Rebuild: I’m scoping the rebuild of a secure online voting platform, moving the admin interface into Nucleus to unify the awards ecosystem. The redesign focuses on improving accessibility, streamlining workflows, and delivering a secure, user-friendly experience for members voting across multiple high-profile awards. Built using modern frameworks with enhanced integration to Salesforce and BAFTA View, the platform will consolidate voting management while reducing administrative overhead and improving the overall member experience through simplified authentication and intuitive navigation.

Below is a selection of major product milestones and platform redesigns I’ve led over the past decade, from launching full systems to transforming admin workflows and streamlining award processes.

These highlights showcase key moments, but much of my work involves continual improvement, such as, refining features, introducing automation, and solving day-to-day challenges across complex systems.
