What I Work On

I help organisations improve digital products and operational workflows that have become complex, fragmented or unnecessarily manual. That can mean modernising an existing platform, connecting systems, introducing automation, testing an idea through a working prototype or providing senior Product Management through delivery.

What I Do

These are the areas where I most often help organisations improve products, systems and delivery.

Product Discovery & Planning

Complex products and workflows broken down into clear problems, requirements and practical delivery plans.

Workflow Automation & Integration

Connecting systems and automating repetitive processes using APIs, automation and AI where it adds value.

Rapid Prototyping & Delivery

Turning uncertain requirements into working prototypes and lightweight products that can be tested and refined quickly.

Platform Modernisation

Improving established products through redesigned workflows, better usability, accessibility and more maintainable systems.

CRM & Operational Systems

Connecting CRM and operational tools to simplify processes, improve visibility and reduce manual administration.

Embedded Product Leadership

Senior Product Management across discovery, prioritisation, requirements, development, testing and rollout.

Working With Me

I adapt to the way your organisation works, stay close to delivery and focus on making sensible product decisions.

Embedded, Not Advisory

I work directly with stakeholders and delivery teams rather than stopping at recommendations.

Explaining the Why

I make product and technical decisions understandable so stakeholders can make informed choices.

Improve Before Replacing

I look at what can be improved, simplified or connected before recommending something new.

Just Enough Process

I document what matters without creating unnecessary process that slows delivery down.

Consistent Communication

I keep decisions, progress and trade-offs visible throughout the work.

Delivery Through Rollout

I stay involved through implementation, testing, launch and the improvements that follow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to some common questions about starting a project, remote delivery and how I decide what work to take on.

What do you need to get started?

You do not need a finished brief. A clear description of the problem, who it affects, the systems involved and anything you have already tried is usually enough to start. From there, I can help define what needs to happen next.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Product Scope is remote-first and I work with clients and development teams in the UK and internationally. I can also travel where workshops, discovery or delivery benefit from being in person.

How do you ensure a project is the right fit?

I look at the problem, the level of product judgement required and whether I can materially improve the outcome. If another specialist, product or development team would be better suited to the work, I would rather recommend that than force the wrong solution.

Working on a product or workflow that needs to work better?

Whether the problem is an existing platform, a manual process, disconnected systems or an idea for automation or AI, I can help work out the right approach and take it into delivery.
