Usually just access to your current tools and a single point of contact. It starts with a short Zoom call to understand your goals, expectations, and where things stand. From there, I’ll handle scoping, documentation, and tracking progress. You don’t need a perfect brief because clarity comes through structured delivery.
Do you work remotely?

Yes. I’ve worked fully remotely since 2019, delivering complex projects across different time zones and organisations, often without in-house teams. I stay aligned through structured documentation, regular updates, and clear decisions that don’t rely on meetings. I use your existing tools or help improve them, and you’ll always know where things stand.
